I was lucky, I guess, when I bought a 5 year old unit from a dealer as-is with no warranty. Good price and I did a pre-purchase inspection using my experience as a prior owner of a motorhome. Replaced outdated carbon monoxide alarm that expired last year and a couple of faucets were replaced with residential quality pieces. I am fortunate to have bought a unit that the previous owner took very good care of. This is my fifth purchase over 23 years of camping and I have found that I spend lots of cash to make the unit fit my needs!
