It is hard to find good deals on used coaches under about 3 years of age, as people are usually upside down on them if they financed, and even if they don't they add the sales tax cost of 8-10% into their purchase cost calculations, which of course in most states the second owner will get hit with again. My advice is try shopping for one that is in good condition, perhaps stored indoors in the winter, that is a bit (or a lot) older.
p.s. also consider spreading out your shopping radius, when bought my current coach I flew to Florida 1,100 miles away to get it, after shopping for 5 months. A few months ago my wife's car was totaled by a teenager that ran a redlight, we shopped around when buying a replacement and found a low mileage (5,400 mile) new/used car at a dealership 300 miles away for $8,000 less than the exact same car with 900 miles on it was selling for at the local dealership. The car we bought had been used by an employee of the dealership, but was not allowed to be sold as new since it had over 5,000 miles, which in effect means we get the remainder of the 36,000 base warranty instead of starting mileage + 36,000 miles. Which I feel is worth it as we can buy an unlimited miles one owner premium extended warranty for about $3,000, all it cost us was about a day of our time to go get it.
