CLICK HERE to see many pictures of my 2007 Phoenix Cruiser 2350. It measures 23'-8" over-all length, and has NO slide out. The double bed in back sleeps two. The dinette converts to sleep one more adult. If you really like it, I know someone in central IL selling his PC which is the same model without the optional slide out, and the same 2007 model year as mine. It has 53,000 miles and priced at $30,000. It is in great condition and garaged for the past 5 years. Like mine, his also has many suspension upgrades for exceptional handling. The big differences are that he has light maple cabinetry, NO optional generator and NO optional full body paint job. His has the optional lower body paint job. I am not sure if he would take less than $30k. If interested, send me a private message and I will pass his contact information to you. For reference, if buying a brand new Phoenix Cruiser model 2350 with the same options, the rig would cost more than 3 times $30,000. Phoenix Cruisers are in the top 10% of the class C/B+ "quality" list, hence the higher purchase price.
