Just as an aside, when we bought our 24 foot Winnebago Class C new from a dealer it had sat on the dealer's lot for a year and so consequently they gave us a very good deal on it. I took me a couple of years of ownership to figure out what was most likely wrong with it such that it had been in the dealer's inventory that long.
What was "wrong" with it was that it did not have any slides .... and no slides is exactly what we had wanted anyway!
So ... if you leave slides/pop-outs off your desired features list, then it might help find a used RV that is in otherwise good condition. Slides do have negatives associated with them.
