Can I use 120 V Hot Plate in my RV
I have a 2014 Sunseeker 30 amp and I'm wondering if I can use a 120V Hot Plate on some occasions. Any help would be appreciated.

We use one all the time. Rarely use the propane stove. Just be careful about what else is running at the same time. We are ok with fridge and water heater running but do not run the hot plate and A/C at the same time. If we want the A/C while using the hot plate we put the water heater on gas.
