Can I use 120 V Hot Plate in my RV
I have a 2014 Sunseeker 30 amp and I'm wondering if I can use a 120V Hot Plate on some occasions. Any help would be appreciated.

Shouldn't be any problem at all, at least with a single "burner" hot plate. Most of us just use the stove that's already built in.
