Can I use 120 V Hot Plate in my RV
I have a 2014 Sunseeker 30 amp and I'm wondering if I can use a 120V Hot Plate on some occasions. Any help would be appreciated.

Wife has used a Induction Cooker in our RV for several years. Uses less power, cooks faster and creates less heat. Because pot heats instead of cooker surface. They do require magnetic pans. Cast iron works well.
