Have the folks at the "House of Propane" take a look at it.. Some Propane pro's may be able to figure it out... Other wise go to an RV dealer for propane, Many of them sell propane and though their pump jockeys are not better than I would expect at Ace hardware here.. Their Service Techs.. (Often the same person with a different hat) likely can figure it out before you can finish asking the question.
You may pay a bit more for the gas.. But if it is a simple user error, the Fix may be free.. If they need to replace parts though you will have to pay a labor bill, sometimes those get steep at dealers.
