I found several different documents for my CareLess awning and toppers. Perhaps you need to search deeper on the CareLess web site.
As far as awning replacement theirs is cra* but should last for a short period of time. Otherwise consider a better quality canvas AND thread.
And don't be surprised if CareLess doesn't have the replacement parts you need.
