Carefree of Colorado awnings

Thanks for all that good advice! I did find the tag with the serial number on the inside of the bottom of the front arm. I will contact Carefree to see if I can get the part numbers. The dealer I purchased my MH from said they had the part in stock but in my haste to get the deal done and leave, I didn't get it before leaving as it was getting late that day. I have since learned that there is a spring on each end not just one so I would have needed to get the second one anyway.
