Carmoly and Quantum oil for Ford E450

X2 - Stick with the major brand oil that you can purchase at most any auto supply store such as Shell Rotella, Pennzoil, etc. Important if you want to stay with the same brand for the future changes, especially if you're on the road somewhere and want to change the oil.

Do they have the minimum API service certification (or better) and correct SAE grade as described in the manual for the Ford chassis? If so, and if the certifications are not forgeries/phonies, it should be fine to use...maybe not the very best available, but acceptable.
