Just curious, does anyone still use or have a CB radio when traveling?

Yes, I do.
I also have an All-Mode, All-Band Amateur radio in the truck, and a two meter rig in the motorhome.
Keep in mind that if you wish to join a 4X4 club outing, a CB radio may be required. FRS, GMRS (license required) or Amateur (license required) radios will not do.
