Ceiling Trim

I got this ceiling trimlink for replacement ceiling trim off this site and I appreciate all the assistance. The issue however, and the salesperson confirmed this, is that they only carry this in "Polar White" I need sort of an off-white softer color. Anyone with other trim ideas? Has anyone ever replace their trim with something completely different?
