Change 6v batteries to 12v batteries
I have an '09 phaeton. The 6 house batteries were replaced with 6- 12v instead of 6- 6v batteries. Can I keep the 12v and use 3 of them or do I need to get 6- 6v? And would they all be golf cart batte...

Unless you have an understanding of basic wiring AI would suggest you hire a tech to come out and fix what ever problems there is and train you how to troubleshoot electrical issues without electrocuting yourself.
