changing overhead entertainment center to a cab over bed

I know that Forest River has that option with the Sunseekers, where one can get three configurations with the full cabover: Full bed, entertainment center with lots of storage, or a TV in center, and two twin bunks on either side. I personally just like the full bed, because it is the most versatile for what I do, and is ideal for stashing stuff that takes volume, but doesn't have much weight, like heavy blankets, sleeping bags, tents, and other stuff.
