Chasis Electrical issue - Wipers / Camera / Jacks won't work

Prior MH was on Freightliner XCS chassis. Intermittently Lost the same items you mention but also the electric steps did not retract with the door...
In the compartment below the driver (see fcooper's post) I found a wire labelled "Chassis interface" that had a burned crimp connector that was obviously a bad connection.. Replaced connector with solder and heat shrink.

Hope yours is as easy to fix...

There are 2 fuse boxes in that compartment, fuse for that circuit was marked #24 - IGN 1 10amp.
