I think it is related to corrosion on one of the chassis fuses.
If you think about it I had power to everything EXCEPT for items that are ON when the ignition switch is on.
I multi-meter tested a lot of diffent items. Found that I had power in all body fuses except those that are on with ignition. Then started testing the chassis fuses. With ignition off everything checked as expected. I then turned ignition on and was testing the 10A fuses
IGN PWR 1 was dead but as soon as I put my probe and pressed on IGN PWR 2 (B/B) everything came to life. I think it was corrosion in the fuse connections or something. Anyway - the fuse was fine but I still replaced it (inserted/removed a few times) everything seems okay at this time.
Not totally convinced it was this one fuse, but will keep an eye on it.
