I had a similar problem and found that one of the ignition solonoids had failed. It sound s like you may have the same problem since you turned the engine off and on and and it worked but then didn't. When the ignition key is on one solonoid powers the chassis items (wipers radio, heater, etv) and disconnects power for the coach (slides, awnings, etc). My first problem was that the connections were loose. When I tightened them all was good but a short time later I lost power for good due to the loose wiring shorting out the solenoid which finally failed with full power. You might try checking them. They are normally very close to the 12v chassis and coach power blocks. Mine were in the basement compartment under the driver's seat. It's not an expensive part but not normally in stock. Good luck.
