About the receipt, first off, that's their problem, not the customers. I was raised in a retail business, One of our primary objectives, was to take care of the customer, get them taken care of politely and fast as possible.
In both of the cases I sited, I DID NOT get a receipt. It all boils down to, ignoring the customer and fixating on the computer. I'll guarantee that neither of these parks had work campers. Both are large well established RV parks.
