I have lost all patience with today's clerks at the helm of any checkouts.
IMHO it is the GENERATION of people in general. They have NO education to figure out the simplest things. And they absolutely have no people skills in dealing with the public.
I'm glad I won't be here when 'that' generation will be at the helm of this country. :(
