When I go in, if they are having a hard time with the check-in, I just check out their shirts for sale and see what they have in their store, if in the same building, they can yell when it is figured out. I Don't get in a hurry, have been on road and ready to walk around a bit. Make small talk, and a little fun at the problems, and lighten it up for them to. They are just trying to help!!
