In the last couple of weeks, I've had problems with people that don't have a clue when checking in at RV parks The other day, part of the check included an extra $10 for key deposit for the laundry...

IMHO it is the GENERATION of people in general. They have NO education to figure out the simplest things. And they absolutely have no people skills in dealing with the public.

I hate to tell you, but I've run across a LOT of elderly folks getting these minimum wage jobs who have been just as clueless (if not more). I have stood in line while a 60+ cashier tried to figure out how to ring something up. So, no, it's NOT a generational thing.
Of course, complaining that "these younguns don't know how to treat their elders" is totally the GENERATION of people in general. :)
