In the last couple of weeks, I've had problems with people that don't have a clue when checking in at RV parks The other day, part of the check included an extra $10 for key deposit for the laundry...

As for venting: I personally think that is what RV.net is all about. In public we stand and wait and try to be pleasant, then we get on our keyboard and vent. Love it. Good for mental health.
