Since no other seat in a MH has a shoulder belt they aren't needed. Matter of fact in a dinette or couch it would become a liability. In cases where there is only a lap belt you want a lower center of gravity. A booster on a lap belt only would create instability.
x2 Booster seats are actually VERY dangerous during a crash or sudden stop if used without a shoulder harness.
