I would suggest that most people choose new MHs on price point 1st., then size, layout and creature comforts 2nd.
After the above has been defined very seldom is there even an option between gas and diesel except for that small segment where the gas and diesel units overlap. Even then creature comforts dictate the decision in most of those cases.
