30 ft may not do it. Mine is a 2012 31 ft and several resorts are 32 and 33ft. They never measured. I ask what the minimum is and when they tell me I say I am one foot longer. I too only go there because friends owned a lot at a couple of places and I visited. Interesting that many of the people I met had very nice huge 2004 ad 2005 coaches and they are coming up on the 10 year limit present in several of the places. We have discussed this before on the forum and "pride of ownership" seems to be the standard that is replacing size and year of birth. But don't bring that very expensive super "C" through the gate. We avoid these places when possible as they generally are more ownership based and we feel like outsiders. Many of the owners spent the whole season and I understand there right to have rules that make them feel their investments are protected. Of course when it comes to getting rentals you have a wide range of opinion. I think the owner meetings get pretty testy from time to time. I was President of a condo association for many years in a resort area and know the drill. For the OP, I feel for you as you have changed and the rules have remained the same. Hopefully your friends will accommodate you from time to time.
