Here in TX, there is one RV park south of Austin that requires rigs to be 40 feet or longer, and 10 years old or newer... however once the snowbirds clear out around March or so, their standards tend to get poked full of exceptions and if it doesn't look like something driven by the Clampetts, it is allowed in.
The ironic thing is those Sprinter based "A"s cost more than a gasser 10-15 feet longer, like a Thor ACE.
