If I remember right it was either a 2001 or 2002. They have since moved on. I find it a bit troubling that Winnie is still using the same design roof today. Here is an entire thread
discussing Winnie issues on a 2005. Read the entire thread and you'll see where the insurance company denied the claim - known issue. But you knew that. :w

so did you improperly reseal it or did you reseal it after the damage had occurred?
timing is everything.

He had sealed it, I had sealed it, I can't speak for the original owner. The point is, at some point it leaked enough to cause this issue. With any other roof design you normally can visually see when there is a problem, with this design you can't see it - you have to go looking for a problem. And even then, if you happen to miss a 1/8" gap you're done, the damage has already started.
On a side note, our MH is now over 9 years old and not once has it been resealed - and it doesn't need it. Once a year or so I'll take a look, so far I've used maybe 3" of new sealer, and that was more to make myself feel better. I'm sure before too much longer I'll need to freshen it up a bit, but so far it looks good.
Me, personally, I just prefer our roof design to the one Winnie uses. My opinion, so take it for what it's worth.
