Now to play devils advocate, what if the perfect line you attempted turned out to be not so perfect and you are now forced to unhook your toad while half-in you site and in a bind. You will in most cases now be blocking the campground road for several minutes or more while others are trying to use that same road, that's a good way to endear yourself to your fellow campers...
I appreciate quality arguments. You are right, and you bring up a very good point that I was not able earlier to find a way to articulate.
If I unhook the toad at the registration parking, then the disconnect is extremely easy. If I get into a tight spot, sometimes the tow-bar will not always be "free" for an easy disconnect.
I think the one point that got lost, and no one mentioned, is that I got out and walked the route on foot. Did the people that blocked others take the extra time to scout out their route on foot before driving to drive it?
