Sad that the guy who got turned away with hurt feelings (I guess), felt the need to sue. While I have no use for exclusive "resorts" I understand and support their right to their own rules.
I don't see "Class A Only" resorts any differently that gated upscale communities. Homeowner association enforcing rules in regards to how your yard is maintained, where you can/must place your trash cans, what style of/material used/and sq footage minimums house that can be built.
I can see where a owner who caters to those that can afford $200k - $1m+ motorhomes may not want to allow a 1988 heavily delaminated, faded Winnebago Superchief (my last MH) on the property. People will pay a premium for an exclusive location. Not so much if it's an all comers place.
