He is working with one of the class A resorts that had a suite filed because someone came with a big class 8 truck conversion like mine and also like my coach the title states "CLASS A" ON IT. Apparently he was turned away once he showed up with his new IKON.........Ends up the resort has to change the by-laws to include class A coaches and Bus Conversions. He also informed them that if a title states class A they must accept it or clearly state in the by-laws that it is restricted.
It has nothing to do with discrimination or any laws pertaining to discrimination.
If that were the case they wouldn't be able to have 55 years old only and no pet CG's, no certain breeds of pets, no golf carts, etc etc.
This is a case of requesting a "correct'" or more "explicit" description of a word used to "describe" the CG restriction.
I saw this coming done the pike when I started to look at Haulmarks, and Renegades, Dynax's. These were becoming more and more popular in the RV'ing circles and I wondered if these 'new' types of higher end RV's would be allowed in the Resorts. And apparently they were not going to be.
Interestingly these threads about "Restricted CG's", always end up with flaming derogatory statements directed at or about the camper that stays in Class A Only Resorts.
Yet.....no one ever flames the 55 year old camper for staying at a 55 year old Only Resort. Probably because to the shallow person it doesn't take any money to get old.
