We have an A. My wife wants to move to a C. The A is great for two people. I like the big windshield when driving. I like the big storage compartments. The area in the front, driver and passenger seats are wasted space in our RV while camping. Both A's and C's have generators. As far as stabilizer jacks go, in 7 years of camping I have used them once. Never plan to use them again so, that doesn't matter at all to me. We want the cabover sleeper. I want the easier access to the engine compartment. Working on a class A gasser engine sucks. The A feels roomier than a C of similar size. The C gets more done in smaller spaces it seems to me. If it were two people spending a lot of time the A would get my vote, especially a DP. If it were a family taking a trip the C with the sleepover bunk would be far better. Your budget will have a lot to say about what you choose. The C might be cheaper to own, then a gasser A and lastly a DP. The C will most likely be a 30amp, depending. The smaller As would probably be 30amps. Bigger units, like with two ACs would require 50 amps. I want to stay with 30 amps because it gives me a lot more places to camp and use shore power. I can even run off of a 15 amp circuit and run the AC and fridge as long as I dont go crazy with it.
