We decided that the wall space on the curb side of the rig was greater and
allowed more floorplan options without a door in the middle.
It also seemed that the basement storage was larger with a front door rig.
However, a door in the middle will exit under a patio awning and hopefully into the main area of your campsite.
Most front door rigs are no more than 40 feet long with the galley in the middle. So you might have to walk an extra 15 feet carrying grocery bags on each shopping trip. Walking is healthy if you can do it.
