To me a central door takes up to much wall room---as far as the awning, my 23ft awning covers the front door so thats no problem, and the stair cover works with the push of a button. I don't haul or have 10 people visiting so I don't like 2 couches (loveseat?) mine has a desk with a recliner on one side.....but get what YOU want........
