Front Door was our choice:
- at fuel stations you don't have to walk through the living area with greasy shoes. We kept an entrance rug for that purpose.
- there are more floorplans and usable space with a front door
- more basement storage is available
- there IS a floor board for the passenger's area with a touch of a button. However, ours was never used for whatever reason.
- the living area is bigger without a cut-out for a mid-door
- it would be easy to misjudge the cut-out for the steps and twist an ankle - or worse. Especially for small children.
- groceries? It's no big deal to walk a few feet extra.
- They also make front kitchens in small models....seems odd to me...but everyone has reasons for things.
- mid-door options would also have the same front passenger space available so why not put everything in that unused wasted space?
Good luck in choosing what works for you.
