Class A with tag axle - beware of $1000. fine in AZ!

. No dog in the fight - read and heed as you see fit..:W BTW - obviously for the AZ law - a "tag axle" is an "axle". Note in the post - a MH was cited also..:( Arizona - "$1000. fine for fue...

Isn't a tag axle a third axle? If so, mohos that have them are subject to the higher tax. At least according to the way I read the Statute, both the part you quoted and the part I quoted.
