Yes M Smith the forum is for the discussion of Class A related issues but the unnecessary browbeating or flaming of participants based on heresay is well? If there truly is an issue initiate a petition by the basis of democracy and true information. That's what my point was, 11 pages of heresay and speculation.
I don't know about you, but I'm a professor of Criminal Justice, I have a graduate degree, and I spent 28 years in law enforcement. I'm not a lawyer, but I play one on TV! My comments on this matter are based on my actual research of Arizona law. That is not hearsay or as you put it, heresay. Hearsay is one person hearing something from another and then repeating it. If you want to attend one of my criminal law classes I will teach you that. Or you could just learn from what I have written on here. I don't have the final answer yet, but we're getting there. And as for me instilling panic, I'm not the one who reported getting a thousand dollar ticket in AZ for using the wrong pumps. I'm just the one trying to get to the bottom of it. And assuming that report about the ticket is factual, then that's the exactly the type of information I want to read about on here.
