Class A with tag axle - beware of $1000. fine in AZ!

. No dog in the fight - read and heed as you see fit..:W BTW - obviously for the AZ law - a "tag axle" is an "axle". Note in the post - a MH was cited also..:( Arizona - "$1000. fine for fue...

Gross weight fees are only applicable to commercial vehicles. Why would RVs be addressed in a commercial statute. They are by definition exempt from the commercial codes.
