First, 13-1/2% is an insult especially if it's on a 2014 model with the 2015 units soon to be here if not already here, go for much more. I'm not sure about other manufacturers but Pleasure-way, if you are located more than a certain distance from a authorized dealer will allow you to go to any RV dealer for warranty repairs. As far as general service, anyone can do that. Good luck on your search, it's always a lot of fun. Just a note, Van City in St. Louis will give you a honest quote over the phone and fly you in to pick up one of their units (they carry just about all brands) and you don't have to go back to St. Louis for warranty work. A lot of good posts regarding them here on the forum. Give them a call and let them know you got their name form the RV.Net forums.
