Wife and I spent 6 weeks in a 19 ft Roadtrek Sprinter, in the Summer of 2013, traveling from the East Coast to Niagara Falls, Ontario across Canada, up to the very tip of Vancouver Island back into Washington state and back across the upper US to the East Coast, stopping along the way in many places. Wonderful trip. Then during the Winter of 2014 we spent 3 months in Mexico seeing the sights to and from. Spent time in camp grounds dry camped as we wanted to. Even though this was the short Roadtrek, we had room for everything we needed. What we do when getting ready for an extended trip is each of us lay out what we want to take. Then we go through what the other has laid out and say I don't think you need to take this. So that item is eliminated. The next person chooses an item to be eliminated. And we get down to what is really needed. It works.
