It's a ford e350 1994 chassis, sorry. only 27k miles showing. I've literally owned it for 6 hours now :P
When the belt went, the battery voltage slowly went down and eventually an idiot light went on. Sadly, I was following in a different car and didn't hear about it until we had driven an hour and a half on the highway home
Oil looks clean, transmission fluid looks red and doesn't sparkle in the sunlight. Also no visible puddles of fluid under the chassis, if that helps.
I noticed that the belt that drives the alternator (the one that blew) also runs an "air pump". I'm not clear on what that's for - maybe part of the emissions system like a smog pump?
