1994 with only 27,000 miles shows that it will need new belts and hoses though that is not likely problem.
I'll check the PCV for sure - maybe some of the scraps of belt I found scattered around the engine knocked it sideways or something.
The seller says he replaced the drive serpentine belt recently but not the alternator belt I think. Could a hole in one of the vacuum lines cause the high RPM/low power issues I'm seeing?
