Here is one more to check for.
The 460 engine is prone to broken manifold bolts. It is conceivable that reduced back pressure from leaking manifolds may throw the EEC-IV computer off, rendering a loss of power. Feel for every manifold bolt head.
Found an exhaust leak drivers side manifold. It melted some nearby plastic wire conduit. Bolts not tight, and super rusty. Going to try to replace them, but having trouble removing them.

If you can get hold of one, borrow or rent a Bolt Buster. It is a heat induction tool used on bolts. It gets bolts "RED" hot so you can remove rusted ones without breakage, and without heating anything else around them. "Google "Bolt Buster Heat Induction Tool". It's so much better and safer than a blow torch. But they are very hard to come by. Second best is a blow torch. Use plenty layers of aluminum foil to create a heat shield around the work area. The head of the bolt must be "RED HOT" or you'll break it. When loosening it, use back & forth movement until the resistance is reduced to allow you to keep unscrewing.
Watch THIS VIDEO on a demonstration on a heat induction bolt buster type tool.
