Take a long, serious look at the Super C Jayco Seneca or the like. I have posted in the Super C section about the problems I have had with the house build, but the engine and chassis combo is great. We flat-towed a 2015 Jeep Wrangler 4 door this summer for 6,000 miles and 7 weeks and had to remind myself it was back there. We enjoy the road visibility, utility, and living space of our 37FS. The bunkhouse was a incorrect assumption that the grand kids would be traveling more with us. The roof buckle issue is being fixed as an expansion/contraction issue and feel that we will get the use and satisfaction that we anticipated. We live in the desert and 116+ degree days happen. Don't get stuck with something that is 'almost' big enough.
that is where my eye is firmly focused right now as it seems to hit all my criteria spot on.
i will go do some reading on your experiences, thanks for the input!
