Cleaning metal roof for recoat

Just picked up a 1995 Dutchmen class C Need to recoat metal roof. Have ordered an elastomeric gray primer and a white topcoat What do I need to do to clean metal (alumimum ) roof surface for this type product? Any advice appreciated Thanks
