- PhilandJoyceExplorerI like to go after the "splatters" first thing in the morning, when the camper still has some dew on it. It also helps if you can get to them right after it rains.
WORSE is letting bird droppings stay in place. No pun intended, but that **** will eat right through the ClearKote and paint. - DuckExplorerA lot of the cleaners out there will take the wax off which will mean you will need to re wax . If the bugs have been on there for awhile the job gets much tougher. I use to wax the front on my rv every time I arrived at a new cg. I was able to get the bugs off just using water.
Don - fortytwoExplorerI use AWESOME. Dollar at Dollertree. Spray on, rub with bug sponge, spray water from a small garden sprayer to rinse off. Some have said Awe needs to be diluted to avoid paint damage. Idon't. Never had a problem, but I do rinse it off within a couple of minutes.
It will also return your yellowed refrigerator cover to white. Awesome stuff at right price. - Vulcan_RiderExplorer

If you are mainly concerned with removing organic (bug) material, use hydrogen peroxide. It even comes in spray bottles some places.
Spray it on, let it sit for a minute and then wipe or wash off.
Regardless of what you use, be sure the surface is not HOT when you do it. - LynnandCarolExplorerCoral Blue at Walmart!

I assume you're cleaning bugs off your RV and not yourself. :B
Many have good results removing bugs with wet dryer sheets.
