Of 51 DPs currently listed for sale at PPL motorhomes, 30 have the dining area streetside, 21 have it curbside. The kitchen is not necessarily on the opposite side from the dinette.
If, in the area where you are shopping, most you have seen have curbside kitchens, this likely reflects the preferences of the original buyers in that region, rather than manufacturers doing layouts only one way.
