Have read these type postings with interest the last few years. Have never had to use my ERS (Coach-net) but try read all the posts of complaints as well as praise. Complaints are not posted often but definitely somewhat more against Good Sam than Coach-net. Does that mean there are more Good Sam customers? Or just more complaints? Have no idea. But it appears you are pretty much open to problems with one as the other. Or any of the other ERS providers as far as that goes.
