I have been with CoachNet and with Good Sams, as well as AAA. Through the years we have used all of them for various things from changing a tire to pulling us out of an RV park after a very heavy rain when the ground got too soft to drive out. I once used them in Dutch John, Utah, and not matter what road service I would have had at the time, they all would have called the one and only service facility.
The main thing that I like and prefer with CocahNet is that if you have a technical issue, you can talk to a tech on the phone who MAY be able to talk you through your problem. None of my other ERS providers had this service. This one feature is what keeps me with CoachNet, since the actual service people that they send out is just the luck of the draw depending on where you need emergency service.
