Please be sure to notify Coachnet of the issues you had. They do want to only provide good service reps. They may well remove them from their local list. They can't fix what they don't know. Did they call and inquire as to your satisfaction with the call?? Have always called us after an service call.
Sorry you had less than great service, Over the years we have had three calls and all went well. I also have relied upon their referral to a shop when on the road.
The service is only as good as the person they send out................... whether they get send by Coachnet or Good Sam.
